ar....what do i do what do i do now.......

i installed panther .... use erase and install
and then after the installation is complete...i find out that my appleworks is gone....
how can i get it back?...
i didnt know the software in panther doesnt include appleworks....
can i restore it somehow?....
i tried the software restore cd come with my ibook g3 jaguar...
but it seems no individual software restore....
i dont need to restore them all....
help me help me help me..................

Appleworks must be on your resotre CD that came with the ibook. The dmg file is located in the .images folder (if I recall right). Do you have Tinkertools to unhide .x folders? If not, I would suggest you to download Tinkertools and finally browse that folder.

When you did the erase and install, you wiped your drive clean, erasing everything on the drive.

You should be able to use Pacifist to extract the programs from your original disks. You can get that program from http://www.versiontracker.com. Just type the name in the search box.

also i restored os 9....
