I have an imac G5 running OS X Panther. I recently had to reinstall OS X because the mac would not boot at all. I did an archive and install but could not select preserve user settings - it was greyed out. Now when I look in the Previous System folder, the User folder is empty. Please tell me I haven't lost all my photos!!!
