Archive and Install problems

I ran an archive and install earlier tonight. I had 10.4.3, reinstalled 10.4.2 and upgraded to 10.4.3. Now I'm having problems that are characteristic of earlier versions of the operating system (such as strange error messages and program failures). I looked on the apple website and they keep saying to fix the problem I should upgrade to a newer version of the os, but I have the newest version already! What should I do?

I personally have reservations about "Archive & Install". I always do a clean install - oftentimes saves you from lots of headaches, especially if you do run into problems like the ones you described (and does not take that much longer if you are well prepared).

Back to your question / issue.

Have you tried the usual like repairing disk permissions, clearing cache files, etc.?
