Nope. However you can hit Cmd-P to print a selected file (or using the contextual menu). You should also be able to add Fonts to the /Network's Library folder somehow. Haven't tried it, though.
SO useful when you have multiple printers available to you. heheh. Remember the good ol' days? QuickDraw GX? wooo!.....
Sorry to say, I don't think we'll see the return of this feature anytime soon. Apple is tending to lean away from leaving stuff on your desktop. Though, who knows, maybe we'll see our printers in the toolbars of Finder windows or something... that would be nice....
What's even more useful (maybe Command+P does this???) is being able to drag and drop numerous files for mass printing. Last week I had 100 PDFs I had to print, so I had to open each one and print it. Argh! Was there an easier way?
With all the effort in Rendez Vous, i think it would have been quite strange if they wouldn't have included fontsharing over a network with Fontbook. Happy to hear they did!
