My wife's MacBook hard drive crashed and, despite, my frequent reminders, she had no back up. I am searching for a backup strategy for her that she can't ignore. Is anyone happy with Time Capsule for scheduled back up use? I searched these forums and noted several problems but perhaps most people are happy with these devices. Thanks for any advice or better solutions.

When I had a hard disk go I used the Leopard install disk on the new installed drive and selected from the install disk "Restore from Time Machine backup" and it took some time but booted up well.
One warning, use a Firewire drive and always do your initial backup via wired when using Time Capsule. I say this because the initial backup is HUGE and will take forever to do when going wireless.
