The new keyboard pane in Tiger's System Preferences now allows one to change application shortcuts. I am left-handed and wish to change the 'Back' and 'Forward' menu commands to the left and right arrow keys in selected applications. I was able to do this without problem on both my G4 Dual and Mac Mini (both with Apple external keyboards). My iBook, however, will not take the change. When I try to set the shortcut, the 'no way' bell rings. Can anyone help?
