Audio CD Dockling!

Does anyone use the Audio CD Dockling that came out around the time of OS X 10.0.0? Does iTunes satisfy your Audio CD listening needs? I don't listen to CD's that much on my Mac since I convert most to mp3s, but for those of you that do, do you find that iTunes makes it easy to skip songs, change volumes, etc. while iTunes is in the BACKGROUND or do you use Audio CD Dockling?
