What's holding them up? The developers...
I read a copy of Computer Music the other week (pretty crappy, PC-oriented magazine), in which interviews were conducted with the major software developers, i.e Emagic, Steinberg, Native Instruments and Cakewalk.
Steinberg / NI came up with some old crap about OS X not being ready yet... I think the only manufacturer properly committed to a release is Emagic, but I got bored waiting for an announcement.

It's really annoying that I can't use OSX for the main reason I have a computer.
Unfortunately I'm a Cubase & Reason user. Reason was demoed at the last show, but it's not expected till the end of summer according to their site.
Wonder if Emagic will upgrade my old copy of C-LAB Notator to Logic 5? Where's my phone........
