Audio problem in iChat AV with iSight

Recently every time I try to do a one way video chat with my friend he can never hear anything. I'm using an iSight and it has worked before when chatting with him. I have unplugged the iSight many times, restarted, tried both the iSight mic and the built in one. And no luck at all. It says on my computer microphone is enabled and he can see me. Just he can't hear anything.

I have had similar problems. Not sure of the solution, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. What I can tell you, check your firewall, if you have one.
