Auto Connect AND Keeping it ALIVE

Hello all--

I connect PPPoe to DSL. I would like that to happen automatically either A) when I boot up or B) when I launch an internet application. Any idea how to set that up?

Secondly, is there any trick to keep your PPPoe connection alive when the computer is not in use? I'd like to use DYNDNS, but unless I run a program that downloads info every couple of minutes, the connection doesn't stay up.

Look under the PPPoE Options under the network/PPPoE tab. You will find the options you are looking for.
