How do I get rid of the automated fill in suggestions of names, passwords etc.? In case of my Mac being stolen it creates an unacceptable security risk of the thief accessing various accounts.
 
I presume you mean passwords.

They're all stored in Keychain Access in your Utilities folder. Delete from there.
