is AutoCad avaible for mac os?????

or 3d max...

when it will be released?????

AutoCad for OS X is presently in beta for release sometime in the future.
If you go to the Autodesk web site, there's other info about Mac compatibility.
You _could_ run AutoCad on your Mac now by using one of the Windows solutions, such as Boot Camp, or Parallels Desktop, etc.
