automater and action script help...

so i made this workflow that copies files from a folder to my external harddrive for backup... i want to make it so when i plug the disk in, it will automatically do this workflow. right now i right click and have the option to run the flow, but i'd rather have a script that just makes it happen! anyone know how to do this? im still new to OS X
 
Instead of using 'this workflow (?)' consider creating an 'on adding folder items to this_folder after receiving added_items ... end adding folder items to' AppleScript folder action script.
