Automatic shutdown

My MacBook shuts itself down as it you just press the powerbutton and hold it down for about 5-10 seconds. It does this about 6-10 times daily. When I go to reboot it make an attempt and then shuts back down. After a hard reset it will reboot only to last about an hour or less before this happens again. It does not matter what application you are using as it has happend in itunes, firefox, and word.

I just read this blog post about a possible solution for Apple (not a home user).

It's the dreaded random shutdown error. You'll need to take it to the Apple store to get it fixed. (They'll replace the logic board.) More info HERE.
