Automatically starting y0ur mac

I'm running a webserver and I'm looking for an app that takes care of the starting of my mac (webserver).
I know it was an option in OS 9 to start your mac automatically; but since I'm running OS X the option has dissappeared... Any suggestions?

I'm searching a program that really STARTS your mac when it's shutted down...
