Backing up...

Hi,

You know when you plug your ipod in it updates (music, photos). Well, can you do this for files (word files, powerpoint files etc)?

Any advise on software to do this task?

The application itself would have to support that option.

If you are referring to software that backs up your hard drive, then you might want to look at something like Retrospect which will do that for you.
