Backup software

I have been using Retrospect for years on classic and PPC macs (up to 10.3.9) and have been very satisfied.

Having recently upgraded to an Intel Mac was wondering whether this is still the case given that version 6.1 has not as yet been written for Intel chip set.

If doubtful can anyone recommend a suitable alternative that would still allow me to backup a PC running XP Pro and a PPC Mac running 10.3.9

Does it _run_ on intel Macs via Rosetta or would a (non available yet) update be needed? I personally use simpler tools nowadays.

You could also look at Chronosync, which has been recommended elsewhere on this forum.
