Unless I miss my guess, it's an indication of what its available charge capacity is now compared to its presumably 100% capacity health status was when it was purchased (or when the battery was first installed and fully charged, which ever came last. 
)

its a good read. Essentially - your batteries will not last forever - there is a finite number of 'charge cycles' - once you use them up your battery will stop working very well.
You may or may not have known that ... but that may be what it is referring to as 'battery health'
