I need to dump my NetGear wireless router. It just sucks (keeps timing out connections).
So, I figured while I'm at it, I might as well upgrade to 802.11g. I found a good deal on Belkin products. I've been looking at their 802.11g router + wireless card which I can get together for $120. Has anyone used belkin routers? Any pros/cons?
Also, can a wireless card in a powerbook use the airport attenna? If not, what kind of reception can one really get with a third party card? Should I get an internal card, or use the PC card slot? (or is that the same thing?)
