What is the best hard drive backup software utility in your opinion?

Synchronizer! Pro X?
FoldersSynchronizer?
Restrospect?
Carbon Copy Cloner?

I've used both Carbon Copy Cloner and Retrospect...I enjoy Retrospect much more than i did Carbon Copy Cloner.....Just my opnion. Retrospect is just a bit more stable for me and a bit quicker and a bit easier to use....hence, it's a whole lot better in my opinion :)
 
Carbon Copy Cloner is great and is freeware (donation!! awesome)

But I've been on a search for more commercial-powerful versions.

I tried Synchronizer! Pro X today it it did NOT permit me to boot from the back up drive! :(

Looks like its still CCC for me for now.
 
to me CCC is the best. Retrospect ould back up to dvd but for me it was painfully slow to my firewire external burner. Now I use ccc to backup to an external firewire hd and using the installed psync to sync the files it is very fast.
 
Without a doubt, if you want a full bootable hard drive backup, Carbon Copy Cloner is the best.

If you just want to backup files and folders, FoldersSynchronizer is, IMHO, the best.
