Best internet provider for G4

I own a G4 from around 2000 it runs on Macos 9.2
Back then I could use Netscape 7.02 without problems. I recently fired this computer up again and now it does not support Windows hotmail anymore.
I tried using ICab but it did not work and Fire Fox does not work either.
What is the best internet provider now for my computer? Or do I need to change certain settings?

There's also an up-and-coming browser that has risen from the ashes of WaMCom and Mozilla 1.3.x. It's called Classilla and seems to be gaining a good amount of exposure.

I have G4 service from my DSL internet provider with less cost.Last time my computer got shut off due to some problem for many days.But after correction,my g4 service was not running.So i contacted to my provider.They again enabled this.

what is the best thing to do for my g4,it's has old system (power pc) but i like to up garde

That depends on what you want to upgrade, and the specs of your system.
For example: I am still using a Dual 1.25 GHz PowerPC G4 with 1.75GB of DDR SDRAM that I bought in 2003. I have Mac OS X 10.5.8 installed on it, running with no problems to speak of.
