Best Smartphone for OS X Tiger?

I am in searching for the *BEST* smart phone which is compatible with OS X Tiger.

Looking for the following features:

- Mail / iCal integration
- Touch screens
- GSM capability
- Supports Skype (VOIP)
- QuadBand
- Keyboard on Phone

If its a Nokia smartphones look like it will work, but i don't think the windows ce ones will talk to Mac.
