Hi, im new here (Hi, btw! ), and I was wondering, how do people get the Beta versions of OS X (like how do people preview 10.1 before it was released?)
If you want pre-release Apple software (the legal way), you can sign up for the Apple Developer Connection. I don't remember the URL, but I'm sure you can find a link on Apple's site.
Of course, if you want to pirate it, that was a pretty lame way to introduce yourself.
