"bigfoot" Login Using Entourage

Anyone notice a slight delay and a message about logging onto some sort of Bigfoot while check and sending mail using Entourage?
 
I'm not the original poster but I was asking myself the same question about Bigfoot - so, yes, I've recently installed Entourage. What significance does that have?
Can Bigfoot be removed? It doesn't even appear in the Entourage HELP database. Scary.

Bigfood is an old Directory Services account that was created by default by
Outlook Express or Entourage 2001. It is defunct and can be removed
(Tools/Accounts/Directory Service; click Bigfoot, and click Delete).
