Black Macbook tech question (weird things happening)

Sometimes whenever i play music or if on videos (watching them). Their is a bit of lag but even more important a static weird sound that comes from the speaker for a few seconds. It then plays normally and does this again.

This has happened with a sound system plugged in the headphone outlet. I tested without the plug in that outlet and even the built in speakers did a bit.

Seems to come and go. Sometimes doesn't do it, and then it does randomly.

anyone know what this could be? (i have norton anti-virus and ran it completely and it said their was no virus)
 
Do you ever blast the speakers at full volume? You may have blown a speaker, so when it hits a given frequency it distorts. That would explain the intermittent static. But if it's static and not distortion it may be something else.
