yes, window maker is better from a useabilty side. But I think I may just keep blackbox around, for sheer kicks of it.

I always used Blackbox on my linux machines. I even got blackbox to work on XDarwin. But when I run it on XDarwin, I can't pull up the blackbox menu. This is because the default is to right click the the X desktop with the mouse. But when you do this in XDarwin it pulls up the ctrl/click of OSX and not the X desktop. Is there another way to pull up the blackbox menu when in XDarwin?
