iBlog is quite good, It will work with any Web Server which supports Plain HTML.
It generates Static Pages locally, which are then uploaded to your Web Server. It works over FTP or WebDav, so your iDisk and .Mac account can be used.
Unfortunately, when I tried it a year ago, it didn't "Sync" with the Web Server, but Uploads the entire set of Pages every time you update. This isn't too bad if you have a simple Text-based WebPage, with minimal Graphics, but as soon as you add stuff like Video or Audio, It becomes pretty much useless. It would be great if it could use rsync to keep the Local and Server Pages Consistant, but very few Web Server Services provide rsync at their end.
If you aren't using iBlog the new version that was released yesterday has a number of substantial and important improvements. It may be worth another look.
