Bluetooth on new PowerBook?

It looks like many of us are loosing Bluetooth on new PowerBooks, maybe only on new 15", but I still have to check...

What do you say or think about it?

No PRAM or PMU reset is working... I will have to give my new PowerBook back to fix it :mad: :mad: :mad:

That's the only problem I have, but it is not funny...
 
Hvan't had a chance to check. Only BT product I have (apart for PB) is a headset for cells from Jabra.
Jabra claims to work fine with any and all BT computers using BT 1.1 (or later) Headset Profile. The PB cannot see the headset...so I guess it's not OK.
 
Sure... it was working fine for me too... :(

But now it doesn't work anymore... it looks like there is no bluetooth inside anymore... :mad:

Going to repair today... hope it will be fixed fast and for a long time!
 
AdamByte told me to reset the pram when my bluetooth went out. and it worked. AdamBytes a good dentist :D
 
... For those of you who have no idea how to reset the PRAM, restart and hold down Comman-Option-P-R all at the same time... hold it down until you hear your Mac chime/restart a few times in a row. Let go after 3 or 4 times to let it continue starting up.

I don't get it. Dentist? I don't like dentists. They scare me.
