Boot camp installed, Mighty Mouse won't work on Windows or Mac OS X

Hey everyone,
last night I installed windows xp with boot camp onto my macbook pro. I have been using a mighty mouse as my mouse on OS X, and now my mouse won't work on either windows or os x. It is discoverable on windows and it says "new device found" and that "ready for use" shows up too, but when I move the mouse nothing happens. On os x, It can't even connect to the bluetooth there. And after a few minutes or so in the windows bluetooth it will say that it isn't connected to the mighty mouse anymore.
 
Did you instal the Boot Camp drivers with the OS X Leopard disk (in Windows of course)?
 
yes, I used the mac OS X disk given to me when I got my laptop. I used the first install disk given, and it installed everything. I put in the 2nd install disk and it did nothing, so I assume that I only needed part 1.

my mighty mouse now has randomly worked on my mac os x now, but still not on windows.
