helllpp me pleasee :/

Patience, grasshopper. Sometimes it takes a bit before people notice new threads. Sometimes they notice, but don't have an answer, so they don't post. Eventually, someone does answer. ;)

First off, what kind of Mac are you doing this on? Secondly, are you using a copy of Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed? If it's Vista, it should also work. Also, are you on Leopard? Tiger doesn't have Boot Camp support anymore....only Leopard.

haha yeah i guess your right, im running a macbook pro, 2.2 (2.4?) its a windows xp sp 2 and its leapord

4 gig of ram, if that matters.

Is the partition you see in the Windows installer 32 GB in size? Or is it the size of your OS X partition?

I must admit I haven't seen this problem. I have created a Boot Camp partition three times now, and IIRC Windows will show both partitions. So if you're not seeing two that seems to indicate Boot Camp Assistant failed. How many times have you tried to get BCA to create a partition?

As an aside (and this won't likely fix your problem but it may come in handy), have you seen the free Camp Tune? www.paragon-software.com/home/camptune/

Very cool.
