Hey ... ever since I upgraded to 10.2 I can't open project builder. I upgraded it with the new Dev. Tools still no go ... I did a fresh install on a different hard drive but still doesn't work... anyone having the same problem?

well, this may be due to a (well known) permission issue, but I cannot be sure since I don't hav Jaguar. You may find an answer at Apple's knowledge base, article 106726.

Try to use the "Repair Privileges" utility provided from this page, then install devTools, I can't help you more.

It may be related to corrupted preferences. Open up your personal ~/Library/Preferences folder and drag the "com.apple.ProjectBuilder.plist" file to the trash.
