I have been thinking a bit about Rendezvous lately. I am coming to the conclusion that this is potentially the coolest thing Apple has done in...well...in a LONG time. Cool on several levels...simplicity of it...the "standard-ness" of it...cool.
But...now it is time to begin brainstorming...what will Rendezvous do for our computing experience?
Of course iChat is using this.
We've already seen what the next version of iTunes will do.
Some mention has already been made of Rendezvous printers. Neat. Especially over wireless! Now (well...when they are available) I can print from my couch!
What about other things?
iCal? Dynamically shared calendars?
iPhoto? Dynamically shared albums?
Auto-mounting of public folders of all users on all computers in the "cluster"?
Sherlock? Hmmm...
iMovie?
AddressBook?
Other devices?
