Broken Jag Info Window?

OK, I hope this is just me missing something, but in 10.1.5 when you chose Get Info on a file/folder the info pane would update itself to whatever file you chose next. Now it does not do that, you have to open a new info pane. That is freaking stupid beyond description!!!

Please tell me I'm missing something or can change a setting.

Yeah, I much preferred the 10.0/10.1 method as well... Anyone?

It's easy!

Just press Command+Option+I and you'll get the info window as it was before!!

Thats good that it's back the way it was in OS 9. That way I can get info on separate files/folders at the same time.

It peeved me that I couldn't do that in OS X, but now I can

I certainly agree that I like the ABILITY to do that, but I would rather have that be the option-key method. For general use, I prefer the single window following my selection, and thus wold prefer that to be the default. Should be an option in the finder preferences: Default info window behavior.
