I've been using the Java "internal" version 1.4.1 for a couple of months now and suddenly I'm no longer able to run the "jar" command. All I get is "Segmentation fault". This happened in mid-programming -- at first it worked and three minutes later it didn't. Restarting the computer didn't help.
Do I need to re-install Java or is there an easier solution?
