Hi there
I have a small office of 4 macs (running OS 10.4 and OS 10.4 server on 1 mac) and 1 pc all hooked up via a simple ethernet hub.
I have just purchased a Buffalo Terrabyte Station for back-up purposes. All our work that needs to be backed up is on the Server machine as a separate volume, although it would be nice to back-up the other individual home folders of the other machines.
Having purchased the Terrstation I have reaslised that it is set-up to operate as a Windows system. My query is should I allow our PC to auto set-up the server on the network, or should I be re-configuring the internal hard drives as HFS+ (I don't know if this is possible or not, but was worried about the Windows/Mac storage differences.
Thanks very much in advance,
Lee
