Bullets won't print in Word X with OS 10.4.6

I can't get Word to print any documents with bullets using Word X in mac OS 10.4.6. It was working fine, then I printed a boat load of .pdf files in Acrobat, and then nothing. I completely re-installed Word...nothing. I deleted the preference files...nothing. I repaired disk permissions...nothing. I had to finally go into the document and us option8 to insert a bullet-like dot for each bullet to get the doc to print. HELP! My resume (and other docs) uses bullets!

It sounds to me as though you have a simple fonts problem. Microsoft Word handles dingbats and symbol fonts as special cases. If you are not familiar with the application's eccentricities, you get the kind of problems you are having.
