Like I said, can one burn CDs from the Terminal? I suppose it will be a third-party application somewhere? Just wondering what's good, if it's even possible at all.
I've not tried it, but hdiutil has a burn verb. According the the hdiutil man page:
burn imagename [options]
Burn image to optical media in an attached drive. In all
cases, a prompt for media will be printed once an appropriate
drive has been found.
