Burn Windows Install Cd

Hello everybody, im have a bit of a problem. i have two windows xp +sp2.iso's from when i had virtual pc, and i need to burn one of them to a cd so i can reinstall windows xp on my windows computer because it got so screwed up from a antispyware that reinstalling is my only way to make it work again. i was wondering if you could help me out on how i can burn the iso on the cd, make the cd bootable, and run it on my pc like it was the real deal. in other words, make it work like a real windows xp install cd. i have toast titanium 7 and the serial numbers and everything, i just need to know how to burn it properly, so it acts like a install cd. i currently have blank CD-R's DVD-R's and CD-RW's so. Thanks for your help!
