Ok for some reason my CD burner seems to no longer work. In Toast I can read discs using my external QPS drive but it says that no CD RW drive exists. I can burn CD's through the finder but Toast doesnot allow me to burn. I have tried messing with the extensions but nothing has worked yet. Any suggestions
 
did toast recognize your CD-RW in OS 9? Mine was recognized in 9, but the first time I tried it out in X it wasn't found. After re-installing the Toast preview and rebooting the computer it found it again (in X, that is).

If it still doesn't work, maybe you can write to roxio and beg them to add support for the final version of Toast for X.
