burning cd's on my mac 10.4.11

I know how to download from the internet to my computer.
How do I copy these files onto a disc?

You need a CD/DVD burner.

You need burning software.

OS 10.4.11 has a burning ability in iTunes. There is also that ability, I believe, in Disk Utility which I have never used. I got Toast a long time ago--came with my external CD burner and kept up with it. So I do not use iTunes as much, but it worked fine.
