Can I burn .dmg on Windows?

Ok, here's the situation. iBook with no CD-RW and a PC with CD-RW. They are networked, is there anyway I can burn a .dmg file on windows? Or can I convert it to an .iso or something that will burn on windows?

Edit: well it seems I can just rename it to .iso and nero will recognise it as a hfs+ image and burn it.
