Can I install russian fonts and keyboard layouts in Mac OS X? Will unix ones work?

Hi there! I am desparate to get Mac OS X to use the Russian/Cyrillic fonts and keyboards layouts if there are any available. I realise that the ones I use in OS 9 won't work except in classic. Is there any way to get some unix or linux font sets and keyboard layouts to work?
