Can I purchase the internally Bluetooth module separately...?

You could buy it as a service part form an Apple Service provider, but it'll probably cost you at least double the amount you would pay if you bought the iBook from Apple with it, or an external adapter.

Short answer, no. It's not a customer-serviceable part. Like bobw says, you could probably get an authorized reseller or authorized service place to do it for you, but it would cost a lot more than it would have cost you had you opted to get it when you purchased the iBook.

Tiny, external USB bloetooth adapters run about $50.

The D-Link DBT-120 adapter is $39.95 at the Apple store.
