Can not delete, modify, move file..

I transfered some mp3s from my PC to my Mac and one of the files I copied over had a weird name (02-´<THORN>?Æ´<THORN>?Æ.mp3l) to be exact)
Anyways, whenever I try to do anything with this file (move it to a folder, to the trash, double click, get info), I get an error saying:
The document "02-´<THORN>?Æ´<THORN>?Æ.mp3l" could not be opened, because it cannot be found."

Anyway to get rid of the file? Or am I stuck with it?
 
Try clicking once on it, then using the file command to trash it. You can also try holding down the option key, then moving it, or the control key, then click on it to use contextual menus.

Another try would be to boot the computer with a CD - such as the OS or Norton. Then open the hard drive, and move the file.
