Can not upload/PUT files througg MAC finder

Hi,
We are facing problem while uploading after changing to MAC 10.5.5.When googled we found that MAC changed Transfer-Encoding to "Chunked".
With this change we are getting INVALID CRLF when we tried to copy the stream with the request.It could be because of an invalid CRLF in the stream..
We are using jboss server for these uploads(apache 5.5.17).Can any one suggest how to solve this at our end?
