Can`t burn CDs

I can't burn cds, after trying using Toast Titanium 6, I get:
"The drive reported an error:
Sense Key=ILLEGAL REQUEST
Sense Code= 0x72, 0x03
SESSION FIXATION ERROR - INCOMPLETE TRACK IN SESSION
A few weks ago I am sure there was no problem at all, and now I see in some forum (Apple Site) some people have this or similar problem.
Do you know how can I send this problem to Apple people?..

here, http://www.apple.com/contact/ , you should be able to find the appropriate contact to sen dyour feedback, if you indeed believes this is an apple problem and not Toast's fault..

A friend was getting the same eror. Told him to try a different brand disk and they burn fine.

Make sure the disks are '-' and not '+'

do you think the problem could simply be an error on the disc drive. i have burnt loads of disks and they have been fine then suddenly i get this fixation error. i did then get it to work... don't know how it just did and ow it is not working again so i don't think it is my computer spec, the speed or anything like that coz it does sporadically work...any ideas

Dirty lens, bad disks, try slower speed.
