This message appears when ever our Creative services user tries to print a document in english, when this is printed in swedish of another Foreign language, it prints fine.

Please help!!

This occurs with any document, trying to print out of any program? Or a specific kind of document out of a specific program?

Hi, I have only just come back to the office to find out this is still an outstanding issue. The problem accurs within Quarkxpress. There are no errors messages displayed when printing, when the user prints in Russian or Greek the print out is fine. (Only English is the problem)

Visual Basic for Applications is the scripting language for Microsoft Office. This message would appear to be coming from Word rather than QuarkXpress.

The problem is printing from Quark documents but it might be related to the foreign languages text that is copied into Quark from Word. When I open Word this is a message: Can't load visual basic for applications Make sure Visual Basic for applications is installed on your compuer. If Visual Basic for applications is installed, make sure the path to the installation folder does not contain any characters outside of the sytem code page (such cyrillic characters on an English system) and contains fewer than 255 charaters.

I hope that helps.
