Dear Mac Professional,
I am brand new to the Mac experience. I have a MacBook with 10.5. I have successfully installed Vodafone's connect 3G USB card and am able to browse successfully. I have also installed Cisco's VPN client 4.9 which does connect. The BIG issue is that I am unable to connect to private network resources as their IP addresses cannot be resolved. The IP, DNS and WINS addresses set by 3G seem to dominate the config and VPN cannot create a virtual adapter (I think this is the correct terminology).
I have read a few forums on this topic were users have been able to solve the issue but nothing is adequately documented.
