CanonS520 printer printing on quarter of page

I have managed to print using the Canon 540 drivers provided in Mac OSX, but when I print, it prints the page on the top right hand quarter of the page.
Doesn't matter what I print, it prints on the top right hand corner of the page.

How can I make it print using the entire page?

Try deleting Print Prefs - search for files (File > Find) that start with com.apple.print and delete them all and restart the Mac then try again.
