Can't Add Another Profile

Profile to account? No offense, what are you talking about? Creating a new User account on you Mac, you need to have a Administrator account (the default User account). Go to System Preferences->Accounts and in Accounts make sure the little left bottom lock is unlocked before you click the + sign to add a new account.
